I had my truck break down up in the area while I was at my cabin, there was a misunderstanding between me and someone at this shop that they handled auto body work and next door they had an auto mechanic so I towed my truck to their shop (cross lake auto body). I went back to the twin cities after dropping my truck off to return home for work. In the morning I got a call saying that they only did autobody and there was a misunderstanding. I talked with a lady named Annette and she was beyond helpful with getting my truck back on the road. 5 star review for this place all day long. There customer service is second to none!
Great Customer Service !! My car got backed into while on vacation in the area - they got me in and out in no time at all for an estimate - so I could follow up with the person that hit my car. And get back to swimming with the family!! Great Job!
