My minivan started acting up as we drove into Cross Lake on Friday. Needed a repair service and Napa came through big. The parts guys were super helpful - checking error codes and giving some guesses on the issue. The mechanic (Wayne I think) took on the work even outside of work hours to get us up and running by Sunday morning. He even came in on Saturday night to get it done. I think this isn't always the case so I wouldn't expect them to open the shop on the weekend - this was just our good luck. But these guys were super helpful, trustworthy and got us out of a bind. I'm thinking I'll drive my cars up from the Cities for regular service. Thanks for all your help guys!!

Amazing customer service! Got a screw in my tire over night. This was the furthest place I could drive it. Call in on a weekend, only to find out that the garage is closed on weekends, but they made sure that my tire was fixed on Saturday. What a blessing! Incredibly kind staff, knowledgeable and professional, will definitely make a point to bring them business! I cannot thank you guys enough!
I paid a premium price for a windshield wiper and turn signal bulbs. The fella behind the counter was a bit gruff: I didn't feel welcome. BUT, he got out from behind the counter and quickly found exactly what was needed. I was happy to not be forced to flip through those reference books to look up my car's compatible parts and then hunt for the parts myself. The lack of schmooziness can be overlooked because the level of expertise and efficiency is so high. Thanks for helping us drive safely while on vacation!
