The next morning I arrived at the drop off point on Gull Lake (22 miles away) and Steve was waiting at the boat launch with the pontoon ready to drop in the lake. After a walk through of the pontoon and controls I was on my way for a great time on the lake.
Con- (minor) a half day option would have been greatly appreciated. We didn't take delivery until 2 pm the first day.
Great service and very friendly! Brand new nice pontoon rental. Very flexible with getting us off the lake because a storm blew in. Would highly recommend.

The pick up was just as seamless. I pulled up to the boat landing and Steve was there ready to back in the trailer. We loaded up the pontoon, did a walk around to look for any damage I may have caused (none) and we were both on our way.
We rented one of their pontoons for two days. It was in perfect condition, they had purchased it at the beginning of the season.

I have been renting jet skis from crosslake rental for the past three years and have been completely satisfied with their excellent service. Chris Sands took the time to call me and let me know that due to the poor weather that day, we could keep the jet ski for an additional day, which made the family very happy.
