Mary Erlandson is a scammer! My wife had a signed purchase agreement for a cabin. Log story short, Mary requested a new purchase agreement. Cancelled PA and waiting for listing to become active again, it shows up pending SOLD for $45,000 less than we offered. Cabin owners are in nursing care, so proceeds of sale go to? New owner of cabin is Mary's husband!!! CROOKED!!!!!
One of the worst places you could go through in the area worked on getting our dream house for 8 months of hangups and delays some to be expected but most were cause of their incompetence... not to mention the almost 2000 dollars we lost in earnest money and 500 for led tests..... me and my fiance are beyond upset.... but according to them its "all our fault"......
